Notes about Febe
Febe is a Dutch, Spanish and Italian variant of Phoebe. Phoebe originates in Greek language and means "brightest of women". In Greek mythology, Phoebe was one of the Titans, the daughter of Uranus and Gaia. Titans were its own race of powerful gods. Phoebe is also mentioned in the Bible. As a feminine given name it is fairly popular in the United States these days. It was popularized in the TV series Friends by the character Phoebe Buffay, played by Lisa Kudrow.
